I Love to See the Temple

We went to Washington for a wedding this summer.  Here are the boys at the temple.

Mitchell stayed home to take care of Harley.  It was a great trip even though it was short (and my short I mean long--24 hours in the car over the space of three days.)

More Mystic

Here are some more photos of Mystic Lake. . .
We grow monster fish in these parts.

One of the many trips this summer.

The only one when Stockton made it.

Harley is too hard to fish with, so her outings were limited.

A selfie.

A really cool tree on the trail up to the lake.

Stockton Turns 17

Here is a photo of a mop, um, I mean Stockton on his 17th birthday.  Try to look past the hair, please.

Mystic Lake Hike-The Bottom Half

We went on a hike up to Mystic Lake and had a great time.  Brigham and I ended up turning back because he got blisters on his feet (remnants of the first hike to Mystic with his dad and brother).  We enjoyed the water, flowers and some lunch while they finished going all the way to the lake.
The water is super cold and the falls along the trail are beautiful.

There was a scout who died when he fell off the trail in 1979.  His troop put up a plaque in his honor along the trail.

There are some pretty and weird flowers up on that trail.

Here is Briggs on the bridge as we were headed back down.

Sharing some lunch with mom and watching the chickens roam around.

Pitch, Hit, Score

This will probably be Brigham's last year playing baseball.  He has loved all of it, even playing in the rain!
Scoring a run.

Laying down some smack-age on the ball.

Pitching a strike.

The Big Day

Mitchell graduated May 19th at the Joliet School.  He was super excited to be done with high school.

Diploma in Hand

With all the brothers.  His sash has the signatures of all his classmates, very cool!!

With Grandma & Grandpa Condie who came up for the festivities.
Congratulations, Mitch!!!  Now on to bigger and better things.

Time to catch up (again, sorry)!!! Grad Party for Mitch

Life has been crazy busy since the last post, but it is now Christmas and we will be sending out cards telling people to visit our blog. . .so, I better get it updated, eh?

When we last posted, it was late spring.  Graduation was just around the corner for Mitchell.  We had a rockin' grad party with sumo wrestler suits, laser tag, basketball shooting and a huge party (thanks to Cory and Sarah for being awesome and making it memorable).  Here are some photos.
Here is Parker and his friend Taylor going at it with the suits.

This is Brigham and his friend Caleb having a blast.  Two of the grad moms even put on the suits and did some sweet cage fighting.  We didn't see much of the older kids because they were running around playing laser tag.  A big thank you to all who came and all who helped make it a special night for Mitch!
